Who is responsible

Dsim provides this driving practice service. Contact the operator using the email or postal address below for questions about personal data. This notice covers the website, accounts, learning progress, enquiries and purchases.

What we use and why

You can browse and try free exercises without an account. Guest progress and your chosen preferences stay in this browser. Signing in saves subsequent practice to your account. Earlier guest practice is only uploaded when you choose to import it in the privacy settings.

Where the GDPR applies, we use account and learning data to provide the service you request (performance of a contract), enquiry details to respond to your request (steps before a contract or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries), and payment records to provide paid access and meet applicable accounting obligations. Providers also process technical information such as IP addresses for delivery, security and fraud prevention. Required form fields are needed for the requested feature; you can choose not to use that feature.

When you change the language in the header, we save your choice automatically in this browser until you change it or clear site data. This is independent of optional engine-volume storage.

Providers and international processing

Supabase handles authentication, account data and cloud progress. AgentMail sends the account welcome email to the address used at signup. A Supabase function delivers contact messages to our Gmail inbox through AgentMail. PayPal handles payments; we receive order identifiers, amount, currency, status and access dates, not card numbers. The hosting provider receives connection information when delivering the site. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers, sell personal data, or send marketing email through this app.

The operator is in Israel. Depending on provider arrangements, data may also be processed outside the EEA. GDPR transfers must have an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for the arrangements that apply to your data and a copy of relevant safeguards. Provider privacy information is linked below.

How long information remains

Browser progress, preferences and offline changes remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. The app keeps up to 200 practice runs in each browser progress copy; this limit does not delete older cloud records. Signing out alone does not clear cached practice.

Account and cloud records have no automatic expiry in the current service. You can request deletion. Retention is assessed according to the service requested, unresolved enquiries or disputes, and applicable accounting or other legal obligations. Payment access expiring does not itself delete your records. Contact messages are held in our inbox and by the delivery provider; the in-app export does not include these messages or provider logs. Contact us to request access to them.

Your choices and GDPR rights

In settings you can download browser data and, when signed in, account data in JSON. Browser downloads include shared guest practice, preferences and the current account’s cached progress; they exclude other accounts’ cached progress and authentication tokens. Clearing this device removes app data and signs you out here. It does not delete your cloud account, cancel a payment or remove data from other devices.

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to the contact below; you do not need a paid account. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity. Requests are normally free. We respond without undue delay and within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we explain it within that month.

You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, particularly where you live or work in the EEA or where the alleged infringement occurred. Contacting us first is optional. Learning scores are practice feedback, not official driving assessments, and are not used here for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Privacy notice

Your email and password are used by Supabase to create or access your account. Signed-in learning progress is saved to your account. Providing these details is voluntary; they are needed for account features.

Your name, email and message are sent through Supabase / AgentMail to our Gmail inbox to answer your enquiry. Submitting is voluntary; the required fields are needed to respond. Please do not include sensitive information.

Loading PayPal connects to PayPal and may use storage needed for payment and fraud prevention. Read PayPal’s privacy statement before continuing.

Under 18? Ask a parent or guardian to help with purchases and privacy requests. Free practice does not require payment.
